Doing two shorter workouts seems to be the charm right now. I feel great during the day, although I was a little wound up last night and laid awake for an hour after my workout. Also, I've had a little congestion over the past week or so. I think my body was over doing it and caused a little head cold to come on. Since I'm not pushing so hard now I think it's getting better.
