Yesterday I have to admit I was feeling a little buzzed all day. I felt like I could have laid down and taken a nap at any second of the day. I pushed myself to get to 15 miles in just over an hour...but I think i pushed a little too hard. This morning I didn't push so hard and I'm feeling better. I think my body is a little confused. I've been eating between 1800-2200 calories for the most part. My bod's probably looking for a Big Mac, but hasn't seen it in a while. Fruits, veggies, chicken and fish is a stretch in some ways...but every day is a step to Mount Fuji.
