Day 3-Feeling better each day

Again, I'm glad that the future comes one day at a time as it freaks me out to think about riding 60 miles on a single bike trip next year. Today I kept my caloric intake at about 1800 calories, eating some Oatmeal and turkey for breakfast, a Black Forest Ham Subway sandwich (12") for lunch, and a salmon dinner. Low calories, but when I got on the bike today, I got in this groove that just kept going. The body like quality food and rewards you for it.

Film details:  I confirmed my crew coming to videotape my treadmill stress test over at the heart clinic on Wednesday. Did some editing this evening on a little trailer to put up on YouTube and Facebook. Coming soon!
