Day 10: I am proud of myself!

I had it in me this evening and so I gave it a little extra and got 15 miles in. I had spaghetti and veal Parmesan for dinner, so I needed to burn some of that off. I think the noodles helped me.

Tomorrow morning is Saturday morning weigh in. If I lost 5 pounds since last Saturday, I'll celebrate with a banana split!!

Just kidding.
