Well, despite it being cold outside I was going to bike to work, but it was snowing. So I did 11 miles on my stationary bike. I cranked the resistance to parallel my road bike. Also, I tried a taste of a workout I saw on the web. You pedal as fast as you can for 10 seconds, then stop for 10 seconds. Then repeat for 10 minutes. I tried it for a few minutes...painful!!
Anyway, It's been a pretty good week, but I still have a long way to go to get to 20 miles a day. But, we'll get there.
Onward and upward!!
