Well, I just got home and it's 9:25pm. In order to hit my goal of 70 miles this week, I needed to do one more ride this evening. It's a great feeling of satisfaction to hit that goal. I rode down t oLiberty Park, biked twice around the park, and then came back home.
So here's the total for the week:
Monday-9.4
Tuesday-18.8
Wednesday-11.00
Thursday-12.41
Friday-18.55
Total-70.16
My legs feel like rubber and my gluts are sore. I think my weigh-in tomorrow is going to show a gain. I wouldn't be surprised if I've got some muscle building. Who knows?
Anyway, I don't want to see a bike until next Monday.
