Good morning everyone. Today is Giveaway Tuesday. Each Tuesday we giveaway something that will help you with your weight loss and biking goals. We are going to do a repeat of last week and give away 6 more Clif Bars.

This morning, I got up and was trying to talk myself into going back to bed. I was tired, my heel was hurting, and I was not motivated. I literally was walking back to my bedroom when I made a conscious decision..."Go climb the hill!"
I had been thinking the night before about doing a good hill climb this morning. It's straight east from my house. So, I forced myself out the door and went and did it. That forst hill averages about 2-3%, easy for most people, but a challenge for me. I did it and then rode along 2300 East down to about 4800 South. Later there is a 7-8% grade hill that is short and sweet. I think I just found a good hill climbing route. It was a nice downhill return.
Also, coming up soon, I am going to be interviewing Swim Bike Mom (swimbikemom.com), who is an attorney, mother, and half triathlon athlete. She's really making some things happen in her life and is an inspiring individual to us that are working towards some big goals. Stay tuned to hear her story and advice!
