TODAY:
This week ended up being a very
busy week. I made the choice to no work out at all. There was just too much
going on, with too many things going on every evening…it was a bust. I did
however continue on my healthy eating this week, trying to stay away from carbs
after lunch. Again, having food at work was a lifesaver and allowed me to stay
consistant.
I have continued to take the
stairs at work, and try to take advantage of each opportunity to walk a little
more.
The results of not working out
weren’t terrible…I lost a whoppin’ 0.2lbs. Oh well. This week will be another
busy week, but I can’t let another week go by without working out and riding my
stationary bike.
I see a person riding their
bike on the road here and there, but I just can’t make myself ride outside when
temperatures are between 10-20 degrees. When I pass the biker, I look at their
face and can tell they have an ultra-frozen-red face! Sorry, I don’t want to get
sick and then deal with that. I’ll take the gym for now.
Not much to share with you this
week. This frozen world I live in really puts a damper on things. I can hardly
wait for warmer weather!!! Even 32 degrees would be great!
I will have better things to
report to you next week!
Happy movin’

Have you watched the movie "Fat Head"? It's an entertaining movie on weight loss by Tom Naughton (he will make you laugh!). The second half gets into the science of it. I Highly recommend it and it's free on Hulu.

I'll have to check into that.
ReplyDeleteIf you watch the movie, Tom Naughton just posted an update to it at his website http://www.fathead-movie.com/ on Jan 22, 2013. He cut a couple spots and added some that you can watch in the post. He calls it "The Director's Cut".
